| This is not a typical job board. Retailers cannot see your name, resume or portfolio. Your profile is given a number, your name is removed. A Retailer will only see your profile. Your personal information is confidential and held by Keercutter Connection. There is no job description posted anywhere for you to view.
The Retailer has filled out a profile form similar to yours giving the job requirements, skills and attributes.
What We Offer

The Project Manager will coordinate all the interviews required, on both sides of the match; set up and confirm, times, dates, and locations. That confirmation will be in the form of a telephone call and an email.

Every time you talk to the Retailer, your Project Manager will follow up to get feedback from you. Your Project Manager will:

- Find out how you see yourself fitting into your showroom and culture
- Ask you to rank you level of interest between 1-10 and why

- Name
- Their contact information including phone number
- Work relationship (boss, peer, subordinate, customer, factory rep)
- List at least one person from each of these categories: a past boss, a peer, and a customer.
The Offer Stage
If both parties are still interested, your Project Manager will assist with offer considerations by:
- Reviewing the “counter offer” possibility
- Discussing an acceptable offer
The Offer
The offer will be delivered to you, by the Retail employer:
- It will be presented verbally and will include salary and details of benefits, and a start date
- Followed up by a written offer, requiring a signature of acceptance
- Acceptance will be expected within 24 hours after offer is extended
Offer Acceptance
NOTE: This is a critical time. You will be expected to:
- Call the Retailer immediately to accept the offer
- Determine with the Retailer when (date, time) you plan to give notice
- Discuss with the Retailer what you believe will happen when you give notice – will you be terminated immediately or will you ride out your two weeks.
- Write a resignation letter. Your Project Manager will assist you to develop this.
Resignation and Giving Notice Stage
NOTE: Again, this is a critical time.
Stay in contact with your new employer. Visit the showroom, find out what will be expected in the first week.
